It has taken two years but I have finally done it.
Hired a Rug Docter carpet cleaning machine from Emsworth Home Hardware and set to with hours to go before the end of the year.
Fingers crossed, those nasty marks and stains in the hall are gone after being sprayed liberally with a heavy duty stain remover.
The machine is easy to use. One just follows the instructions which are simple and straight forward.
Getting a dentists appointment is not easy. Finding a dentist that is taking on new NHS patients is virtually impossible.

The well equipped kitchen provides everything needed to make the most of the delicious fresh produce available from local farm shops, butchers and fishmongers.
One of the most pleasant walks in Emsworth is up Lumley Rd past Peter Pond then through the Brook Meadow.
A tranquil Nature Reserve that lies between the railway line and the Fishbourne road measuring approximately five acres. Home to many species of birds, particularly in the wooded areas.
Sightings of water voles used to be common but there were none in 2017 or 2018. Although recent surveys there are indications of some activity in the area.
There are a number of paths and trails through the Reserve that are popular with residents, dog walkers and birders. As well as benches where one can sit, relax and let time drift by.
